每次喝它都讓我覺得延緩我的胃排空的時間～不然每次我一定要飯後來一杯珍珠奶茶！反而現在飯前喝一杯t-lite可以減少我的甜食的慾望！！！也因為降低甜食的慾望後也讓我瞧瞧的瘦了下來～雖然不會極速但沒辦法我那麼愛吃～一個月能有一到兩公斤我還是很滿意這樣的效果！不需要刻意減少吃或餓肚子真的很棒！
