"Very disappointed with the shop. Bought a few shelves and electronic items, the packaging was terrible and one of the wooden plank of the shelf spoiled at the corner and its iron stand is dented. This kind of shop shouldn't be accept as partner store as it will spoil the reputation of the platform. Thank you."

"Think twice when buy. Complain and feedback many times , just won’t improve their delivery packaging. When item spoil due to bad packaging refuse to exchange and offer 3-5 ringgit refund ?
Been giving many chance, only buy those small and safe for delivery item if you really want. Glass , plastic or wood is all dangerous !
Customer service only talk never fulfilled.
Worst among all the partner store here ! "

"Lousy shop ever!!!
I bought a kid balacing bike as gift but end up received incomplete parts.
Contact the customer service and told the parts replacement will received within 7 working days and provide a tracking number indeed.
However, now is more than 10 days parts not receive and giving me unacceprtable reason of the delay. And the worst parts is the seller told me delay of parts replacement is reasonable and it is their procedure.
Customer service is suck !!!
I will never buy from this shop again.!!!!!!!!!!!"

"A very terrible shop.
I bought few times and mostly having problem, plus the lousy customer service:
1) Ordered of snack didn't send in full, promise to refund but no refund made until now.
2) Ordered toy's drum was broke when I received it, no refund nor replace to made.
3) Cover of my grinder machine was broke, and I being asked to pay extra RM8 as delivery fees for the replacement.
I was mad with this terrible shop. Avoid it! "
