And when we check for the delivery status, it shows received on 24th of May. But it is not us.
We tried to enquire to the seller, but NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

"The seller had contacted us and replaced another set of orders for the previous one. They also gave free gift (a mask, which is so apt for the current situation).
This time, the delivery was quick. The seller placed the order on 2nd August, and we've received it on 6th Aug."

"High delivery fee but poor delivery service. Order not received then you don't expect to get any help from seller. Poorest customer service I have ever met. Despite not expecting to get back the products ordered, still hoping that seller could be responsible and give customer a reasonable treat. Really upset and due to the unsure of the condition of the product, it's really difficult for us to manage our stock and make any decision. Thus, greatly affected by this kind of irresponsible attitude.
Can understand it's not easy for everyone during the pandemic, all of us. However, everyone still do have own responsibility to bear. Shouldn't we be considerate, communicate well to solve problems instead of escaping? "
